Delays in animation

I was hoping to have the resident evil flash completed by now but due to a few other projects that's come up (namely learning programming code) I've had to put animating on hold but now that its out the way I can get back to trying to animate and failing miserably lol I am open to criticism so if anyone has any advice to give me I'd appreciate it :)
